Japanese Santoku chef's knife with 17 cm long blade is suitable for the finest slicing, chopping or dicing of all kinds of food. Half-protective end cap (finger protection) and narrow blade reduce the weight of the knife. The knife is part of the Classic series, in which you will find knives forged from a single piece of high-quality steel in a lightweight design that makes the blade more flexible and reduces fatigue when slicing. Each blade is laser controlled and exceptionally sharp. The knives are equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle with three rivets. For hygiene reasons, there is no gap between the handle and the steel.
