Our most developed, deepest roast, Manhattan is full-bodied and rich, with dark chocolate notes, marzipan, and the syrupy sweetness of molasses.

Manhattan is our most developed coffee, roasted to emphasize bold flavors of bittersweet chocolate and deeply caramelized sugars while maintaining a heavy, satisfying body. Manhattan does double-duty as a filter or espresso offering and is our coffee of choice with added milk. 

We rotate the components of Manhattan seasonally—dark roasts deserve fresh coffee too!—but it always features a foundation of Brazilian and Central American components, the former to contribute sweetness and body and the latter to deliver rich, satisfying brulêéd sugar notes.
