We’re always proud of our decaf. Meant to serve double-duty as filter coffee or espresso, Ghost Town is composed of coffees decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process, which uses hot water and careful filtration to extract and remove caffeine. Throughout the year we cup and select our favorite coffees from around Latin America decaffeinated in this way, always looking for something sweet, full bodied, and low in acidity.
Decaffeinated using mountain water to create a naturally sweet and round coffee, beginning with a subtle malt flavor, enhanced with a creamy body and rich notes of white chocolate and ending with a soft acidity and golden raisin on the finish.
