- Thin steel coated with multilayer PTFE
- Non-stick coating (PFOA-free) for even baking without greasing, for batter-only preparations, and easy release. Light greasing during the first few uses will prolong the coating's lifespan.
- Bake in the oven for quick browning
- Hot water cleaning with degreasing products
- Sensitive to humidity (dishwasher, refrigerator)
- Exopan is not suitable for cooking acidic products (with a pH <4.5).
